Pastor Dr. Amos Dele Dada 

Pastor Dr. Amos Dele Dada is a man of faith, scholarship, and leadership, whose life’s work spans engineering, ministry, education, and global mission work. Born on October 10, 1955, in Igede-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, he has dedicated his life to spiritual growth, capacity building, and leadership development. His influence extends beyond the pulpit and academia, shaping both Christian communities and the engineering field worldwide.

Pastor Dr. Dada’s academic excellence began at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where he earned his Bachelor’s degree (1981) and Master’s degree (1984) in Chemical Engineering. In 1995, he made history by becoming the first person to obtain a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin. His academic journey continued with post-doctoral research at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 1996.

He is also an alumnus of Harvard School of Divinity (2020), further solidifying his commitment to theological and leadership training. Pastor Dr. Dada’s career as a chemical engineer spans decades of expertise:

• Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (WRPC) (1985–2001) – Worked as a Process Engineer with NNPC.
• Sarir Refinery, Libya – Served as a Consultant Engineer with Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO).
• Professional Accreditations:
  • Life member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE).
  • Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
  • Registered Engineer with COREN (Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, 1997).
  • Member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canada (2007).

Despite his success in engineering, God’s calling led him into full-time ministry. Pastor Dr. Dada surrendered his life to Christ on February 10, 1977, and has since been a passionate preacher, teacher, pastor, and evangelist. In 2001, he migrated to Canada, where he currently serves as:

• District Superintendent and Senior Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) Bethel, Toronto.
  
• Director of Missions for CAC Bethel District of North America.
• Founder & President of the International Gathering of Eagles Ministries, a global leadership training forum.
  
  

Pastor Dr. Dada has played a pivotal role in church planting across multiple continents, establishing churches in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and India. His evangelistic work has taken him to over 90 nations, including the United States, Israel, Germany, France, Portugal, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, and Ethiopia.

He hosts annual conferences across the world, training Christian leaders and empowering believers. In 2012 alone, he held conferences in 12 nations, positively impacting Canada’s spiritual, social, and tourism landscape.

A prolific writer, Pastor Dr. Dada has authored 12 books, countless articles, and Christian playlets. Some of his notable works include:

Leadership, Counseling, and Humanitarian Work, Personal Life

Beyond ministry, Pastor Dr. Dada is actively involved in counseling, leadership training, and community development.

• Certified General Practice Psychotherapist Counselor (GPP) – 2009.
• Honorary Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from the Canadian Institute of Christian Counselors.
• Commissioned as a 2-Star General by the Chaplain International of America (CIA) & IIPEC.
• Founder of the Best Literacy Club (2003) in Toronto – promoting education and capacity building.
• President of the Canadian Institute of Leadership and Development.

His humanitarian efforts extend to youth empowerment and pastoral training, making him a global voice for faith-driven leadership. 

Pastor Dr. Dada is married to Eyitayo Dada, a lawyer, administrator, activist, counselor, and motivational speaker. They reside in Toronto, Canada, blessed with children and grandchildren.
