Present It to God: A Guide to Surrendering Your Worries and Fears
Before an adversity overpowers you, the devil put before it fear; this is the way of the devil and he does it with identifiable examples, that is why you have been hearing of people that God has healed of some terminal deceases such as HIV AIDS, ⁷but you have not seen many of them. On the other hand you have seen many that you know that have died of such deceases; so when a Doctor diagnoses you of having such ailment, the devil immediately show you the picture of those who have died of it that you know.
I have come to tell you that your case does not have to end and will not end the way others ended if only you will dare to present it before God. Hezekiah presented the threat of Sennacherib before God, and God delivered him. Sennacherib taking the place of the devil this morning reminded Hezekiah of the kings and kingdoms that have fallen through his hands without their gods been able to deliver them and Hezekiah agreed it was true. One thing that Hezekiah noticed with those other Kings and their Kingdoms was the fact that the gods they serve were no God at all. You too remember those pictures the devil is bringing to you as relating to your case and know that God is on your side; even if they are followers of the same God you serve; they might not have presented their case to God before it consumed them, fear might have taken them over like it is dealing with you right away, but you have been delivered this morning; take it to God now.
Isa.37:21 ‘Then Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel, ‘because you have prayed to Me against Sennacherib king of Assyria.’
Please try to read down the whole chapter to get the message of what will happen to that issue because you pray to God about it.
Pray notwithstanding, even when you know those who have failed in the area of yours before, yours does not have to go that way.
Prayer: Father, I regain the courage to present my matter before you this morning, let it end in testimony and not consume me Lord, Amen!
