Folake Odediran was born on the 15th of March,1974. She is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical industry, boasting over 20 years of experience across various therapeutic areas and challenging African markets, with recent international exposure in the United States. Her leadership style emphasizes inclusivity, transparency, and respect for diversity, fostering a culture conducive to workplace success.
Currently serving as the General Manager General Medicines and Country Lead for Sanofi in Nigeria, Folake has a track record of driving sustainable business growth, nurturing talent into capable leaders, and forging impactful public-private partnerships. Notably, she leads the Global Employee Resource Group for Culture and Origins+ at Sanofi and serves as the first employee representative on the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, pioneering diversity initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
