Limoblaze, born Samuel Onwubiko on October 25, 1995, in Abia State, Nigeria, has become a household name in Afro-Gospel music. Known for his lyrical authenticity and powerful sound, he skillfully merges Afrobeats, gospel, and hip-hop to communicate messages of hope, salvation, and joy.
Raised in Makurdi, Benue State, Samuel was one of eight children born to
Samuel and Nkechi Onwubiko. He developed a love for music early, singing in the

Tupac and 50 Cent, he experienced a spiritual shift and began composing
Christian rap that resonated with his faith.

Samuel studied Biochemistry at the Federal University of Agriculture,
Makurdi. While in university, he became active in church ministry, especially
