Prophet Samuel Kayode Abiara also known as Prophet S.K Abiara. [CAC ex-General Evangelist], born on August 8, 1942. Hails from Erinmo IJesha, Obokun LGA, Osun State. He lost his father early in life. He attended St. Peter Anglican School from 1949 to 1954.
Worked as a casual laborer from 1953 to 1959 and later as a clerk officer at J.A Agoro General Merchants in 1959, he also served as a polling agent in 1959 in Funtua, Katsina State.
While employed at Akufo Farm Settlement, he received a divine call to become a Prophet in 1963, establishing the Akufo Church. He relocated it to Oke-Igbala, Oyo due to growth, eventually forming the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Oke Imole, Agbeni, Ibadan, Oyo State, which settled at the renowned Christ Apostolic Church, Agbala Itura.
From humble beginnings, the ministry expanded, boasting a 25,000-capacity auditorium at the International Headquarters in Ibadan and numerous branches across Nigeria and abroad. Prophet Abiara is married to Christianah Aduke Abiara, with whom he has 5 males and 3 females, all actively involved in ministry. Following the passing of Mama Aduke Abiara, Papa Abiara remarried Mrs. Grace Abiara.
